As part of a major business transformation initiative, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful coordination and governance of the ERP program. You will assist with planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery activities across multiple workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured program environments, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and can confidently engage with a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple ERP workstreams
  • Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, RAID registers, and action logs
  • Prepare steering committee packs, status reports, and executive updates
  • Track dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, and decisions across workstreams
  • Support governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and centrally managed
  • Partner with Project Managers, Business Leads, Technology teams, and external vendors
  • Monitor budget inputs, resource tracking, and program administration activities
  • Drive follow-up actions and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Support change, testing, training, and cutover readiness activities as required

Previous Experience

  • Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Project Coordinator within complex transformation programs
  • Prior experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project / Smartsheet
  • Experience working within large enterprise or multi-site environments highly regarded
