About the Role
Join a large-scale national SAP EWM rollout program supporting multiple operational sites across Australia.
This is a hands-on role within a well-established transformation program, with 10 sites still to be deployed. You'll work closely with operations, business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery, adoption and continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, analyse and document business and operational requirements
- Translate warehouse and operational processes into scalable functional solutions
- Facilitate workshops across business, operational and technology teams
- Conduct current and future state gap analysis
- Support SAP EWM solution alignment and configuration impact assessments
- Drive testing, business readiness, UAT and deployment activities
- Support cutover, go-live and hypercare phases
- Partner with site teams to understand operational differences and support successful adoption
- Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to improve operational outcomes
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Functional Business Analyst or SAP EWM Functional Consultant within enterprise environments
- Proven experience delivering SAP EWM implementations, deployments or rollout programs
- Strong experience across requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, business readiness and post go-live support
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, process mapping and documentation skills
- Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or warehouse environments highly regarded
- Exposure to inbound/outbound operations and multi-site delivery programs preferred
