About the role

This is a Business Process Improvement Analyst role which will report into the Lead, and support Technology & Finance transformations and enhancements. You will be business facing and required to liaise with IT and business stakeholders from the Finance department and across the business.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) through the establishment of an organisation wide Business Process framework
  • Assist with implementation of finance digital automation strategies
  • Adopt, lead, and drive best practice throughout shared services
  • Re-engineer out of date processes through training, research, soliciting expertise from subject matter experts, etc. to increase overall quality of end-to-end processes

Skills & experience

  • Experience and comprehensive knowledge of the corporate environment and Shared Services functions
  • Experience in implementing Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Understanding of finance terminology
  • Must have strong communication and influencing skills and a high level of proficiency with ERP systems
  • Confident with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Proven experience utilising a mixture of stakeholder feedback, documentation and data to design processes and solutions that meet business needs
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a previous process improvement position
