​Richard Marshall is The Network’s Senior Consultant focusing on growing our Workforce Solutions division. With 16 years professional sales and IT staffing experience, he will be building greater capability across Australia for our clients to leverage our On-Demand Virtual Bench Resourcing and get The Network’s high quality IT talent onto client sites faster and more effectively.

His passion in finding consultants their ideal role stems from his UK experience placing trained graduates into some of the country’s leading companies. He found the process of kick-starting hundreds of young professional’s careers extremely rewarding. Richard enjoys developing long-lasting client and candidate business relationships as a trusted advisor and someone that can be relied on. He is an avid foodie and loves the Australian food culture, enjoys a round of golf and loves to snowboard when he gets the chance. Richard has done a lot of international traveling including the “Running with the Bulls” in Spain but generally prefers to taste fine food and wine around the world.
