​Kate has been successfully establishing herself in the Canberra IT Recruitment industry since 2017. She specialises in Defence, but works into all areas of Federal Government.

Kate has literally done it all in her professional career. From working in hospitality, to launching a popular makeup brand in Thailand, to opening and running a children’s playground – Kate takes on any challenge with a big smile! All this experience has made her an expert in dealing with people, enabling her to read between the lines and really figure out what people want. She uses her people skills to never judge anyone on first appearance and listen to them with an open mind. Her style of recruitment is to never push a candidate towards a role, but rather be respectful, give them advice and encourage them to do what is right for them.
