About Eamon

​Eamon brings over five years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager within the IT sector, having partnered with clients across State and Federal Government and the private and consulting sectors throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and the ACT.

He has successfully placed candidates across a broad range of specialist disciplines, including automated and manual testing, solution architecture, cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, project and change management, and CRM and ERP development. Prior to moving into recruitment, Eamon built a strong foundation in IT enterprise sales, working closely with C-level and senior IT stakeholders across contact centre software, telecommunications, and technology event sponsorships.

At The Network, Eamon's focus spans specialist verticals including Business Transformation, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Digital and Data, delivered through professional services across Federal and State Government and the private sector.

He holds a College Diploma in Business, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, and is APSCO-certified as a Recruitment Consultant.

Originally from the UK, Eamon has called Sydney home since 2005 and brings a client-first approach grounded in emotional intelligence, active listening, and a genuine commitment to delivering outcomes for both clients and candidates.
