Her area of expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, where she excels at partnering with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, eliminate obstacles, and achieve desired outcomes. Charla is a creative problem solver who enjoys working with clients in Defence and Federal Government, and has successfully delivered several projects to establish regulatory frameworks for the Federal Government.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is meeting people who are responsible for delivering some truly interesting bodies of work with significant national and international impact. Charla prides herself on establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. When she's not working, Charla enjoys spending time with her children, fostering puppies, and the occasional shopping spree.
