​Adam builds go-to-market engines and places the leaders who run them. As founder of TITAN, established in 2002, he brings more than 20 years’ executive search and consulting experience across Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe, combined with nine years as a Navy officer.

Adam advises boards and executive teams on GTM strategy, revenue execution, operating cadence and leadership capability, while delivering retained search for C-suite, Board, GM and functional leadership roles. His sector experience spans technology, defence and national security, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and financial services.
