Ready to drive the development and implementation of new products and services? Join the Services Project and Program Management team to lead complex, impactful projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities. You will prepare detailed project plans, provide direction to the team, and take ownership of quality assurance. Additionally, you will build strong relationships through communications with customers, management, sales, and delivery personnel.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Lead complex projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide direction and support to cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Build strong client relationships, identifying future business opportunities.
- Articulate the full value of services and business benefits to customers.
- 5+ years IT Infrastrucutre project management experience, with the ability to successfully deliver on time and budget.
- Experinece with Infrastrucute
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of associated services and solutions.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Experience working within external partners.
- Experience with Dell products/services a plus
